Whether you are just getting into Yoga or are looking to learn and practice fancy tricks and transitions, one on one sessions with Ashley are a great option for your only practice or in addition to public classes. Ashley caters every session according to her students needs and wants. Private Yoga sessions are 1-1 1/2 hours, with meditation and relaxation at the end.
